Mazli Noor

Mazli Noor, ICDM(F), is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in directorship roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Non Executive Director at Uzma Group since September 2022, Mazli is also a Non Independent Non Executive Director at MBI Modal Sdn. Bhd. since July 2020, and held similar positions at TDM Berhad, EPIC Berhad, KMI Healthcare, and TERENGGANU INC from May 2018 to March 2024. Additionally, Mazli served as the Non Independent Non Executive Chairman of KMI Kuala Terengganu and was the Chief Executive Officer of Mentri Besar Trengganu (Incorporated) from May 2018 to June 2023. An experienced leader, Mazli was the Independent Non Executive Chairman of the Malaysian Timber Council - MTC from August 2020 to September 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Malaysia.
