Erin Kreischer

Lead Data Analyst at UZURV

Erin Kreischer began their work experience in 2013 as a Citizenship Program AmeriCorps Member at the Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA). Erin then worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at English At Large from 2014 to 2016, and later became the Programs and Database Manager at the same organization from 2016 to 2017. Erin then joined ACLU of Virginia as a Development and Volunteer Management Associate from 2017 to 2018, and later worked as a Development and Database Management Associate from 2018 to 2019. Erin then moved on to DSD Partners, where they started as a Business Data Analyst from 2019 to 2021, and later became a Senior Business Data Analyst from 2021 until the present time. Erin's most recent role is as a Lead Data Analyst at UZURV – The Adaptive TNC, which they started in 2021 and is currently still in.

Erin Kreischer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics with a minor in Economics from Juniata College in 2013. Erin then pursued a Master's degree in Decision Analytics - Professional Track at Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Erin also participated in a community audit program at Tufts University in 2015-2016, where they studied subjects such as "Econometrics" and "Environmental Biology and Conservation". In addition, Erin gained experience through various internships and academic seminars, including a program at The Washington Center in 2012 and a course at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2011 focusing on "People, Politics, and the Environment". Erin has also obtained several certifications, including Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software and certifications in Best Practices in TESOL, Human-Centered Design, Lean Data Approaches to Measure Social Impact, and Salesforce Platform Basics Badge.
