Heather Smith-Bermudez

Heather Smith-Bermudez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accessibility services and customer success. Currently serving as the Client Success Manager at UZURV since December 2021, Heather is also a Founding Brand Affiliate at Tate + Zoey and the Owner of HeatherSB Group, LLC. Previously, Heather held various leadership roles at NJ TRANSIT from 2003 to 2019, including General Manager of Access Link, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing customer service performance and managing accessibility-related initiatives. With a foundation in psychology from Moravian College, Heather has developed and implemented training programs, conducted public relations events, and collaborated with multiple agencies to enhance the quality of services for individuals with disabilities.
