Ruslan Kapustin

Ruslan Kapustin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of VR/AR technology. Ruslan started their career at VRED as a Lecture and Lead 3D Artist, where they presented lectures and trained 3D generalists. Ruslan also played a key role in establishing and developing new pipelines for revenue generation and company growth.

From 2017 to 2018, Ruslan worked as an R&D Director at VRDC, where they incorporated digital technologies into creative concepts and products. Ruslan also successfully aligned objectives and bridged communication among developers and CGI content creators in an Agile environment, while promoting professional development within their team.

In 2018, Ruslan joined PhotoBloom AR as a Technical Advisor, providing insights and guidance in the implementation of augmented reality technology. Simultaneously, they held the position of Head of R&D in the VR/AR Department at Skywell Software, where they identified and evaluated new technologies for investment and business opportunities. Ruslan also managed relationships with enterprise clients and vendors such as Samsung, HP, Lenovo, and Facebook.

In 2022, Ruslan joined Nexity Network as the Head of Research, where they led research initiatives to drive innovation and growth. Ruslan also made valuable contributions to the company's strategic decision-making process.

Since 2022, Ruslan has been working as the Chief Creative Officer at V-Art, where they oversee creative operations and plays a pivotal role in the company's overall creative direction.

Starting in 2023, Ruslan will assume the position of Technician Director at Cosmic Wire Inc, utilizing their technical expertise to lead and manage the technician team.

Ruslan Kapustin has pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
