Magid Arif

Magid Arif has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Their most recent role is as the CEO of V.Connct, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Variiance starting from April 2019. From January 2018 to October 2020, Magid was the Project Director at Pillars Projects. Magid also served as the Chief Executive Officer of 4MAtrade from January 2016 to January 2019. Magid's earlier experiences include working as the QC Lab Manager at PepsiCo - Snacks from October 2008 to December 2016, and as an Independent Entrepreneur at Sinai Food-Tech from September 2009 to January 2011. Before that, they held the role of R&D Section Head at DELTA specialties from June 2006 to September 2008. Magid's career began at Metrohm, where they worked as an R&D Lead from January 2004 to August 2005.

Magid Arif obtained a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Cairo University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology & Chemistry from Helwan University Cairo between 2000 and 2003. In addition to their degrees, Arif also holds certifications as a Site Expert Trainer from PepsiCo (obtained in 2015) and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2012).
