Shukoor Ahmed is an experienced entrepreneur and investor. Shukoor began their career in 2000 as the Founder and CEO of V-Empower, Inc., a company specializing in Information Security, Product Development/Strategy/Marketing, Business Intelligence, Web-Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing. Under their leadership, the company grew from an initial investment of $1000 and 5 employees to over 110 employees in 6 countries with an annual revenue of $5. In 2010, they became a Mentor and Angel Investor for SendwithMe, a cutting edge technology platform for gift/package delivery. In 2013, they became a Mentor and Angel Investor for RidetheWay, a start-up which will facilitate car rides. In 2018, they became an Angel Investor and Mentor for Wakuk, a rideshare company operating in India and Pacific countries. Also in 2018, they founded www.ezCampaigns.com, a web-application to help candidates analyze election results and develop their winning campaign strategies. Shukoor also founded pgCampaigns, a responsive web-application to facilitate candidates to communicate with voters. In 2017, they became a Mentor for CampaignFlier, a direct mail service for campaigns. In 2019, they became a Mentor and Angel Investor for mpConnect, an Android & iOS App for Citizens of India. In 2020, they became an Angel Investor and Product Strategist for Meet Hour LLC and a Mentor for www.myghmc.com, a platform to build strong leaders on local levels in India.

Shukoor Ahmed has a diverse educational background. Shukoor received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University between 1991 and 1993. Shukoor then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Osmania University between 1980 and 1983. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Public Policy from American University between 1996 and 1999, specializing in Policy Formation, Policy Implementation, Lobbying, and Campaign Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera Course Certificates and LinkedIn, including Personal Branding, Pitching to Investors, Collaborative Leadership, Humble Leadership, Impromptu Speaking, and The Secret.
