Caroline Brown

Caroline Brown serves as the Global Brand President at The North Face, a position held since June 2024, while also being an integral member of the Global Leadership Team and the Board of Directors at VF Corporation since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at Closed Loop Partners from April 2019 to June 2023, and as CEO of Donna Karan International for LVMH from January 2015 to January 2017. Earlier in the career, Caroline held the role of President at Carolina Herrera for Puig, and served as CEO of Akris US. Experience in marketing and communications was gained as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Giorgio Armani. Caroline's education includes advanced executive training in Artificial Intelligence implications for business strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
