Jane Rudolph is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner for Digital Technology at VF Corporation, Jane provides strategic guidance to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design. Previous roles include Senior Director of Global Executive Talent Development and Director of Talent Development at VF Corporation, where Jane advanced executive learning and succession planning. Jane's background includes roles at PAREXEL and Horizon Performance, focusing on organizational effectiveness and consulting for military organizations. Jane holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, along with an MS in the same field and a BS in Animal & Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech.
