Jennifer Sim

Jennifer Sim currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at VF Corporation, with a tenure beginning in December 2013, during which Jennifer held roles including Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to VF Corporation, Jennifer was involved with Gap Inc. from August 2005 to December 2013, serving in various legal capacities. Jennifer also contributed to Electronics for Imaging, Inc. from September 2003 to August 2005, where responsibilities included drafting global contracts and managing intellectual property litigation. Additionally, Jennifer served as an associate at Perkins Coie from 1999 to 2003, representing technology clients in various litigation matters. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, along with a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Human Biology from Stanford University. Currently, Jennifer is the Director, Governance Committee Chair, and Secretary for Camber Outdoors until September 2024.
