Joulene Morgan

Joulene Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace services, financial analysis, and program management. Since July 2014, Joulene has held various leadership roles at VF Corporation, currently serving as Sr. Director of Workplace Services/ Environments, overseeing operational management for 11 offices across the US and Canada, including multi-million dollar budgets and a significant team. Previous achievements at VF Corporation include successfully leading the relocation of multiple brands to a new headquarters and driving inclusion and diversity initiatives as Manager of Employee Branding. Before VF Corporation, Joulene contributed to the Volvo Group as IT Controller and Demand Manager, managing a finance team to support global sales and marketing. Joulene holds a Master of Business Administration from High Point University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University.
