Ken Athanasiou

Ken Athanasiou is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the VP and Chief Information Security Officer at VF Corporation since August 2019, Ken previously held key positions at Spirion, the Retail and Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center, and AutoNation, effectively establishing security strategies and managing risks. As a founding board member of RH-ISAC and a former director at the National Technology Security Coalition, Ken has made significant contributions to national cyber security initiatives. With a robust background at organizations such as American Eagle Outfitters, JPMorgan Chase, and First USA, Ken has consistently focused on enhancing information security frameworks, compliance, and risk management. Ken holds an MA in Computer Resources Management/Management from Webster University and a BA in Computer Information Systems from Park University.
