Stephanie Melillo

Stephanie Melillo is an accomplished merchandising professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising & PD for Kipling Americas at VF Corporation since September 2015, Stephanie oversees significant wholesale operations, managing $80MM for fashion and $40MM for basic stock replenishment. Notable achievements include launching new channels that surpassed revenue targets and refining product assortments to drive growth. Prior to VF Corporation, Stephanie held various merchandising roles at Ralph Lauren, where responsibilities included managing product life cycles and utilizing sales data to enhance store-level assortments. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University and an Associate of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
