Vivian Lam Coates

Vivian Lam Coates is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in securities and corporate governance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at VF Corporation, Vivian has also held significant roles including Senior Counsel at Akamai Technologies and Corporate and Securities Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. Additionally, Vivian has contributed to leadership as the Immediate Past Board Chair and a Member of the Board of Directors at Kaleideum. As a 2019 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, Vivian demonstrates a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal field. Vivian holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in English from Stanford University.
