Jeff Friday

Jeff Friday is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in brand communication and media relations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Brand Communications at the V Foundation since July 2022, Jeff has prior experience at Duke University as Assistant Director of Communications and Communications Assistant. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jeff held various roles including Gymnastics Primary Media Contact, where responsibilities included media guide updates, social media management, and facilitating player interviews. Other notable positions include Program Assistant at University of North Carolina Campus Recreation, where training and operations management were key, and Communications Intern at Tobacco Road FC, where social media engagement was significantly increased. A graduate of the UNC School of Media and Journalism, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and has actively contributed to community engagement and event management through internships, such as with the Cam Newton Foundation.
