Mario M.

Mario M. is an experienced maritime and energy professional currently serving as Managing Director at V.Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mario held various senior leadership positions at RINA from May 2005 to October 2022, including ASIA MARINE & ENERGY SENIOR DIRECTOR, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, commercial development, and operational efficiency within the marine and energy sectors across Asia. Notable achievements include significant growth in ship classifications and oversight of major projects such as the FSRU project for PGN and the world's first marine CNG transportation initiative. Mario's earlier roles included management positions in Indonesia, East Malaysia, Brunei, and the Shanghai office, along with contributions as a Council Member of the Singapore Shipping Association. Mario holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
