Aman Mittal

Aman Mittal has extensive work experience in various roles in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Aman is currently serving as the Divisional Quality Excellence Lead at V-Guard since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy Manager-Continuous Improvement at Q Medical Devices from June 2021 to November 2023. Aman also held the position of Assistant Manager- Operational Excellence at JBM Group from December 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Engineer-Process Engineering at Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG from January 2017 to December 2018. Aman also gained experience as a Senior Engineer- Industrial Engineering at Yazaki India Pvt Ltd. from November 2014 to December 2016 and as a Process Engineer at Q.H Talbros Ltd. from August 2012 to November 2014.

Aman Mittal has a diverse education history. In 2015-2017, they attended the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, where they obtained a PGDBM degree with a focus on Operations. Prior to that, they attended GITM Gurgaon from 2008 to 2012 and earned an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2007-2008, they attended S.N.S.P.S in Gurgaon and completed SSCC-XII.

Aman also has several additional certifications. Aman obtained certifications such as Certified Lean Management from TÜV SÜD in July 2020, Certified Lean Manufacturing and Lean Production Head from ASCB(E) in June 2020, and Certified Professional in Lean Six Sigma Green belt from ASCB(E) in June 2020. Aman also completed various courses, including Digital Manufacturing and Design from Coursera in June 2020 and the Microsoft Professional Program in Artificial Intelligence from IBM in March 2020. Aman has received certifications related to lean manufacturing, quality management, and industry-specific knowledge.
