Arghya Sarkar

Arghya Sarkar is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and management, currently serving as Assistant Manager - GTM Strategy at V-Guard since April 2019, following a role as Management Trainee in the same department. At V-Guard, Arghya has collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational understanding and conducted retail BTL analysis across over 50 stores to recommend improvements for BTL activations. Previous experience includes an executive role in the Media Cell at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur, managing social media platforms, and a summer internship at VLCC focused on market research and competitor analysis. Additionally, Arghya worked as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant and holds a PGP from the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vignan University.
