Arif Kooliyat

Arif Kooliyat has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Arif started their career as a product manager at Videcocon International Limited, where they were responsible for developing and managing a network of dealers and distributors. Arif also handled product pricing, promotion schemes, competitor analysis, and coordinated with advertising agencies. Arif then moved to LG Electronics, where they worked as a business head for product planning. In this role, they focused on forecasting trends, future investment direction, and formulating plans accordingly. Arif also managed pricing strategies and conducted market and competitor analysis.

Later, Arif joined Ingersoll Rand as the GM of Strategic Product Management. During their tenure, they held various positions within the company, including sales head for Thermoking Transport Division in India and SAARC, sales head for Residential HVAC, and GM for Strategic Product Development. In their roles, they handled business management, sales, channel management, and channel development. Arif also proactively engaged with influencers, architects, HVAC consultants, and end-users to boost sales.

Arif then joined Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. as an Associate VP and Head of Product Planning, where they oversaw product planning for the company. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of New Product Development at V-Guard, where they are responsible for leading new product development initiatives.

Throughout their career, Arif has demonstrated strong business acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Arif has extensive experience in channel management, pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitor assessment.

Arif Kooliyat obtained their Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a focus in Civil Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. Arif completed their undergraduate studies from 1988 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at Maharishi Institute of Management from 1995 to 1997, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
