Jaya Kumar has over 15 years of experience in product management and sales, currently serving as Product Incharge at V-Guard since February 2008. Responsibilities include developing annual sales plans aligned with business objectives, leading sales teams to achieve targets, and overseeing customer sales performance metrics such as sales volume, profitability, and market share. Jaya Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from the Institute of Professional Education and Research (IPER) in Bhopal, and has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from IAP Career College.
