Laya Wilson

Laya Wilson currently serves as Deputy Manager HR at V-Guard, having progressed from Assistant Manager - HR, where responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and employer branding campaigns. Prior experience includes roles such as Management Trainee HR at HealthySure and HR Associate at the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya, alongside an internship in talent acquisition at Randstad India focusing on the complete recruitment cycle. Laya also coordinated HR activities at Protrainy and contributed to talent development strategies during an internship at DSM. Prior to a transition into human resources, Laya worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at GR ENGINEERS, engaging in various aspects of quantity estimation and contract management. Laya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology.
