Neeraj Bajpai

Neeraj Bajpai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, production processes, and project management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at V-Guard since April 2022, Neeraj previously held the position of Sr. Manager - Switches from April 2017 to March 2022 at the same company, overseeing project execution and supplies. Earlier roles include Manager of Engineering and Production Processes at Philips Lighting India Ltd, where responsibilities included tooling development and vendor management. Neeraj began the career at Molex Mafatlal Micron as an Engineer in Tooling and has also worked at Schneider Electric India and Philips Electronics India. Neeraj holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Institute For Integrated Learning In Management, in addition to a Diploma in Tool and Die Making from ITTUP in Lucknow.
