Ruswanth R has extensive experience in manufacturing excellence, currently serving as the Chief Officer at V-Guard from April 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities include implementing standard work processes, visual factory systems, and error-proofing mechanisms, alongside supporting plant teams in continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Ruswanth held a trainee position in the same field, focusing on the development of standard work processes and visual management systems, and contributed as an intern by creating a simulation tool for production scheduling. Academically, Ruswanth earned a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology.
