Selvakumar P is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing plant-level HR activities across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Officer at V-Guard since January 2017, Selvakumar oversees various HR functions including employee engagement, training and development, statutory compliance, payroll, and EHS initiatives. Prior to V-Guard, Selvakumar held positions at CRI Pumps, Madras Radiators & Pressings Ltd, and Kadri Wovens, where responsibilities ranged from payroll management and recruitment to compliance with labor laws and handling employee grievances.
