Thomas Hain is a seasoned Network Design Engineer with extensive experience at o2 Germany since July 1998, where key responsibilities include serving as a senior design engineer for core network and voice services, leading the VoLTE technical initiative, and overseeing mobile voice services design and planning. Prior to this role, Thomas contributed to significant projects such as the introduction of CSFB and the migration of mobile circuit switched core networks. Previous experience at T-Mobile involved creating specifications for Intelligent Network services and implementing them using INAP and CAMEL protocols. Thomas holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich, earned between 1989 and 1996.
