Anjali Goel

Anjali Goel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of HR at V-Mart Retail Ltd. since March 2013, Anjali oversees HR generalist activities nationwide, including manpower recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Anjali worked as Manager-HR at DLF India Ltd. from October 2007 to March 2013, responsible for KRA setting, manpower planning, budgeting, and statutory compliance. Anjali's earlier experience includes a managerial role at Dimension India Networks Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed the formulation of HR policies and organizational structure design. Anjali holds a PGDBM in HR & IT from the New Delhi Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR & IT from the School of Vocational Studies.
