Hans Bottema

Hans Bottema is a seasoned patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property, currently serving as a Partner at V.O. Patents & Trademarks since October 2023 and as a Dutch and European patent attorney at IP Converging since May 2023. Previous roles include Partner and Patent Attorney at Nederlandsch Octrooibureau in Den Haag from 1995 to May 2023 and Group Leader, Patent Attorney at Procter & Gamble from 1991 to 1995. Hans began a career in the field as a Patent Attorney Trainee at Philips from 1988 to 1991. Hans holds a Master of Science degree in Technical Physics from Delft University of Technology, which was completed between 1982 and 1987.
