Saint Chuang is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in customer support and technical problem-solving across various companies in the semiconductor industry. Currently a Staff Software Engineer at Sigma Designs since May 2012, Saint Chuang focuses on troubleshooting customer issues related to HDMI's CEC, EIT, ETT, and GMT in ATSC's PSIP. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Engineer at Trident Microsystems, where assistance was provided for debugging and coding open-source software for the Saa7231 PC TV card in Linux, as well as an Advanced Software Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, responsible for supporting the transfer of the SAA7231 product and handling technical issues. Earlier roles at Philips Semiconductors involved the implementation of customer on-screen display (OSD) features and development of tools to streamline the OSD design process.
