Anita Woodhouse

Anita Woodhouse is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the asset management industry. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at V-Square Quantitative Management LLC since June 2021, Woodhouse previously held senior roles at Northern Trust Asset Management, including Senior Compliance Consultant and Vice President, where responsibilities included best execution and guidelines monitoring, as well as compliance oversight on client money solutions and conflicts of interest management. Woodhouse's career began with leadership training during the GOLD Programme at Northern Trust Corporation and includes positions in compliance analysis, market analysis, and academic involvement as a Widening Participation Ambassador at City University London. Woodhouse holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from Bayes Business School.
