Or Mayo

Or Mayo is an experienced R&D Engineer at V-Wave since September 2020, with prior experience as a Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University from 2019 to April 2020 in the Brittle Fracture Laboratory. Responsibilities included performing finite element analyses (FEA) of crack propagation in brittle solids, redesigning simulations to enhance accuracy by over 12%, and executing multidisciplinary lab experiments. Or also participated in the BioMedTech Program at Tel Aviv University, collaborating with medical teams to develop innovative medical devices and conducting experiments with self-designed CAD models for surgical applications. Or holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a High School Diploma in Robotics and Physics from Ort Ebin, Ramat Gan.
