Anthony Medaglia

Anthony Medaglia has worked in the sports industry since 2013. Anthony began their career with the Cleveland Guardians, where they worked primarily within the Baseball Technology department in addition to Player Development and Scouting. In 2015, they joined the National Football League (NFL) as an Instant Replay Technician, where they were responsible for setting up and testing all replay field monitors, referee communications, and video systems prior to kickoff. In 2021, they joined V1 Sports as the Head of Baseball, where they work with more than 10,000 coaches and 3 million athletes to develop video analysis, ground pressure, performance tracking, stats, and game management technologies.

Anthony Medaglia received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University in 2013, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Lake Erie College from 2007-2008, studying Marketing. Anthony also holds several certifications, including OnBaseU Hitting & Pitching Certified from TPI (Golf Health and Fitness) obtained in January 2019, LTC 501: Philosophy, Leadership Organizations and Professional Programs from NIAAA - National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association obtained in December 2014, LTC 502: Principles, Strategies, and Methods from NIAAA - National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association obtained in December 2014, and Scout Development Program from Major League Baseball obtained in October 2014.
