Nichola Cooper

Nichola Cooper has extensive experience in sales support and collections, currently serving as Sales Support Manager at V12 Retail Finance Limited since October 2016, where a promotion to senior manager occurred in November 2022. Nichola is a recipient of the Outstanding Achiever Award in 2020 and has previously won the same award in 2017 while working as Sales Support Executive. This role followed a successful tenure as a Collections Agent, marking a significant career transition after thirty years. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Officer at Link Financial Outsourcing, focusing on employee development, and a decade-long role as Collections Manager at GE Capital. Educational achievements include representation in netball and basketball at Crosskeys College and attaining the British Gymnastics Baga 1-4 at Pontllanfraith Comprehensive School.
