Gerhard Schweinitz

Gerhard Schweinitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people management and talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at V2 AI since May 2023, Gerhard co-founded Beerops in July 2014, which has become Australia's largest technology networking event, and plays a key role as a co-organiser for Builders After Dark, a monthly meetup in Melbourne. As the founder of The Leadership Panel and an active Meetup organiser, Gerhard has facilitated over 200 meetups. Prior roles include Director of Talent at Contino, Group Recruitment Manager at amaysim, and Head of People and Culture at Strut Digital. Gerhard holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.
