Chris Waskowich

Chris Waskowich has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2019, they began working as a Staff Engineer at Rimstorm Inc., where they are responsible for developing innovative solutions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. Prior to this, they were the Chief Information Officer at V2 Systems, Inc. from 2002. From 1998-2002, they were the Owner and CTO of Ampcast.com, Inc., where they managed and executed the entire technical infrastructure of the company. From 1997-1998, they were an Acoustical Engineer at Electric Boat Corporation, where they performed acoustic calculations and analysis to develop various component acoustic criteria.

Chris Waskowich has a diverse educational background. Chris obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of Connecticut between 1991 and 1997. Chris then went on to pursue a MS in Technology Management from George Mason University - School of Business between 2008 and 2010. During this same period, they also obtained a CIO Certificate in Federal Executive Competencies from Federal CIO University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Amazon Web Services, including the AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA) in September 2017, the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) in May 2015, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (SAP) in August 2017.
