Chris Lowder

Chris Lowder has extensive experience in emergency management, currently serving as Emergency Manager and Training Lead at V2X Inc and as Emergency Manager at Vectrus since October 2018. Previous roles include providing emergency management services at Sheppard Air Force Base with PAE Corporation and managing an emergency management program in the USAF 82nd Civil Engineering Squadron. Additionally, Chris co-owned Superthin Ribbons, overseeing a small business focused on manufacturing military ribbon and medal orders. Chris's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business/Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management and Airway Science.
