Donna Mickens

Donna Mickens is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as Vice President and Principal Consultant of Talent at V2X Inc since May 2022, Donna previously held the role of Senior Director of Talent and Leadership Development at BJC HealthCare and led similar initiatives at CGI and SUPERVALU. Donna's expertise encompasses strategic organizational development, leadership capacity building, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Donna holds a Master's degree in Education and Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
