Melchor Alex Tiro

Melchor Alex Tiro has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Ground Service Agent at ASIG in 2011. Melchor Alex then joined GTA | Teleguam Holdings LLC in 2014 as a Trades Helper for a short period. In 2007, they worked at American Grocery as a Stocker and later transitioned to the role of Maintenance Helper. From 2015 to 2021, Melchor worked at GTA | Teleguam Holdings LLC again, this time as an Installation & Repair Construction Technician I and II, and then as a Trades Helper. In 2022, Melchor joined V2X Inc as a Telecommunication Technician, eventually becoming a Telecommunication Technician Lead. Currently, since 2021, Melchor is working at Vectrus as a Telecommunication Technician and has now become the Telecommunication Technician Lead.

Melchor Alex Tiro has a diverse education history. In 2013, they obtained a certification as an Electronics Systems Technician from the GCA Trades Academy. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued their degree in Electronics Systems Technician at the same institution. Later, in 2017, they enrolled at Guam Community College, where they earned a Journeyworkers Certificate in Line Installer-Repairer, specializing in the field of study of Line Installer-Repairer. In 2020, they obtained their Journeyman Line Installer-Repairer certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. Additionally, they have obtained several other certifications, including NCCER Device Boxes (26106), NCCER Hand Bending (26107), NCCER Electrical Theory (26104), and NCCER Introduction to the National Electrical Code (26105) from NCCER, as well as certifications in Cultivating a Growth Mindset, Developing a Service Mindset, and Holding Yourself Accountable from LinkedIn.
