Phillip serves as a director. From 2002 until his retirement in 2013, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of Terex Corporation, a global manufacturer delivering customer-driven solutions for a wide range of commercial applications, including the construction, infrastructure, quarrying, mining, manufacturing, transportation, energy, and utility industries.
