Sourav Acherjee is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. They began their career as a Cook at GCC Services from 2007 to 2009 and have held positions as Lead Cook and Cook at organizations including Ecolog International, DynCorp International, and British Petroleum from 2009 to 2016. Sourav served as Head Chef at F.M.T from 2019 to 2021 and currently works as a Chef at V2X Inc since 2021. Alongside their culinary career, they are pursuing a degree in History at High Storrs School.
