Trey Cowher

Trey Cowher is an experienced commercial diver currently employed at V2X Inc since February 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Diver 3 at Ballard Marine Construction from May 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities encompassed diverse underwater tasks such as tunnel boring cutter head intervention, HAZMAT sewer pipe repairs, and underwater welding. Additional roles include commercial diving at MARINE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and instructing scuba diving courses across various organizations. Trey holds an Unrestricted Surface Supply, Commercial Diving certification from Divesafe International and a High School Diploma from Warwick School District. Proficient with numerous hand, air, and hydraulic tools, Trey is well-versed in specialized underwater techniques essential for marine construction and inspection.
