Yvon Dalat

Yvon Dalat, CPT, currently serves as the Director of Technology and Innovation at V2X Inc, where Yvon has been instrumental in shaping a course modernization program for the Royal Navy, resulting in significant savings in man-training days and improvements in competence and performance. Before joining V2X Inc in December 2021, Yvon held various roles at Raytheon Technologies from April 2007 to November 2021, achieving notable successes in learning and performance analytics, including a 25% increase in participation and recognition through multiple industry awards. Yvon also transformed large-scale automotive technician training programs and developed innovative solutions, demonstrating substantial impacts on technician performance. Earlier experience includes leadership at Raytheon Europe and co-founding INGENATIC GmbH, achieving rapid revenue growth. Yvon's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Leicester and engineering qualifications from Technische Universität Darmstadt and ENAC.
