Joe Smrt has extensive experience in field operations and natural resource management, currently serving as Field Operations Manager and previously as Field Ecologist III at V3 Companies since August 2013. Prior to that, Joe Smrt worked as part of the Roaming Crew for Natural Resource Management at McHenry County Conservation District from May 2013 to August 2013. Joe Smrt earned a degree from Western Illinois University, attending from 2007 to 2018.
