Stephen Wells is an experienced executive in the fields of marketing and business development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing at V3 Leisure Management and Marketing since March 2002, where responsibilities include business development and capital management. Previously, Stephen was the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of 303 from 1990 until February 2002. Earlier in Stephen's career, key roles included Managing Director at Marketforce P/L from July 1985 to March 1990 and Special Projects Manager at STW9 from October 1979 to July 1985, focusing on broadcast policy, new technology, and business development. Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Sociology and Environmental Studies from Murdoch University and a BA in Arts/Social Science from Curtin University, where studies in Sociology were undertaken from 1973 to 1975.

Using the Open Booking Exchange™ technology (OBX™) means government tourism offices can provide the ultimate digital strategy and implementation for all sectors of the industry in a commercially neutral way.
