Howard Hill is the Head of Asset & Development Management at V7 Industrial, where they focus on adding value through proactive asset management in the industrial and logistics sector. With almost 20 years of experience in real estate, including 16 years in asset management, Howard has managed various portfolios across multiple organizations, including CBRE, Harbert Management Corporation, and St. Modwen. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and an AVCE in Business Studies from Holy Cross College. Passionate about how the industrial and logistics sectors shape consumer behavior, Howard runs a £500m portfolio of diverse assets across the UK.
