Debra previously worked as a Director at the American Water Works Association and as the Vice President of Global Municipal Technologies at NeoTech Aqua Solutions. Before that, they owned Kayepability Incorporated, where they provided consulting services to private landowners and water agencies. Debra also served as the General Manager of the Indio Water Authority and as a Vice President at American Water Works. Additionally, they worked as a Client Services Manager at Black & Veatch and held various roles at Truckee Meadows Water Authority/Sierra Pacific Power Company and Sierra Pacific Power Company.
