Noy Phannavong is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, currently serving as the Condition Assessment Practice Lead at V&A Consulting Engineers since April 2016. In this role, Noy oversees the development and improvement of technical competencies, ensuring deliverables meet client needs while participating in various professional groups to enhance standards and quality assurance processes. Prior to this position, Noy worked as a Project Manager, directing engineering projects in condition assessment, and held the role of Condition Assessment Engineer at Black & Veatch from February 2015 to April 2016. Noy began tenure at V&A Consulting Engineers, Inc. as a Project Engineer from June 2007 to January 2015. Noy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, earned between 2005 and 2007.
