Vinicius Vasconcelos serves as Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of VA Expert Consultoria e Serviços since March 2017, leading a 100% ServiceNow company focused on delivery and support with extensive experience in pre-sales and ServiceNow deployments across the private sector. Prior roles include founding partner and ServiceNow Architect at LGPDNOW, ServiceNow Consultant and Technical Leader at Vert Integradora de TI, and various positions within the Ministry of Education and other government ministries, focusing on IT service management and process implementation. Vinicius possesses a strong academic background with an MBA in Software Engineering Projects from UPIS and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University of Brasília.
