Ignacio Thielen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ignacio started their career as a Bank Clerk and Administrative Assistant at Banco Activo, where they gained knowledge of the banking system and client interactions. Ignacio then worked as an Assistant for the Vice President of Occupational Banking Sector and Public at Venezolano de Crédito, where they furthered their understanding of credit cards and loans. Ignacio also worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at Del Monte Central America & Caribbean, contributing to product launches and channel distribution. Ignacio later joined Merrill Lynch as a Seasonal Client Associate and Analyst, managing portfolios and providing financial planning services. Ignacio also worked at The University of Tampa as a Student Assistant in the Communication Department and as an Applied Investment Management Analyst, co-managing investments. Ignacio then joined Stoneleaf Construction LLC as a Financial Analyst, where they were involved in cost analysis and financial projections for a luxury development project. Ignacio's experience also includes positions at Mercadolibre.com as a Senior Business Analyst, where they focused on developing electronic commerce and payment strategies, and at Evenpro as a Business Controller Coordinator, managing business intelligence and decision-making processes. Currently, Ignacio is the Chief Operating Officer at VA Locator, an online recruiting and staffing agency, and will be joining Virtrify in the same role in 2023.

Ignacio Thielen has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business-Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business. Ignacio also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a minor in Marketing from the same institution. Prior to attending university, they obtained a high school diploma with an emphasis on science from San Ignacio de Loyola.
