Amanda Dilima

Amanda Dilima is a seasoned professional in retail leasing and strategic project management, currently serving as the Strategic Projects Manager and Retail Manager at V&A Waterfront since May 2015. With experience as a Retail Leasing Consultant, Amanda has developed expertise in lease negotiations, retailer relations, and market trends. Prior roles include Leasing Manager at The SPAR Group Ltd, where Amanda managed retail leases in the Western Cape, Namibia, and Angola, and Leasing Consultant at Growthpoint Properties Ltd, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial leases. Amanda holds an Executive MBA from both Esade and Aalto University, a BSc in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town, and a Diploma in Speech & Drama from Trinity College London.
