Crystal Ceja serves as President of VA WORKS™, overseeing operations at the fulfillment center in Mexico, where responsibilities include managing human resources, sales, payroll, and marketing while ensuring alignment with the headquarters in Orlando, FL. Previous roles include Operations Manager focusing on recruitment and onboarding, Team Support Manager at American Financial Network, and Team Support Manager at Alterra Home Loans, where operational efficiency and team training were key. Initial experiences included an internship at the General Consulate of Mexico in New York and a Purchasing Internship at Jabil. Crystal Ceja holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad de Guadalajara and an MBA from Universidad del Valle de México, with additional international experience from University College Cork.
