Nils-Aslak Antinkaapo

Nils-Aslak Antinkaapo is a seasoned technology manager with extensive experience in the bakery sector, currently serving at Vaasan Oy since April 2019, focusing on enhancing breadmaking skills and technology insights. Prior to this role, Nils-Aslak held various leadership positions at Fazer from 2001 to 2018, including Director of Bakery Technology and Development, where international teams were led in Quality, Environment and Health and Safety, as well as technology development. Nils-Aslak also managed substantial investment portfolios and drove energy efficiency and production technology initiatives for a €1 billion Bakery and Confectionery division. Previous roles included overseeing project management, factory operations, and lean manufacturing in multiple Baltic countries. Nils-Aslak holds a degree from Turku University of Applied Sciences (1998-2001).
